Therapeutic Facial Treatments in Sydenham
Kobido - Hadado- Facial Reflexology
Natural Approach

My work is centred around holistic facial manual therapy — a therapeutic approach that works with the face as part of the whole body.
This work is based on a combination of techniques including Kobido, Hadaado, Zoga Face Integration, Facial Reflexology (Sorensen System) and Dien Cham. Brought together, they create a deeper, more complete way of working with the face — not only structurally, but also through the patterns of tension, stress and emotion held in the body.
While facial therapy is at the core of my practice, I also offer reflexology, massage and pregnancy treatments. I often combine these approaches where needed, allowing each session to support the body more fully and respond to what is present in the moment.
Each treatment is individual — a composed, intuitive process shaped around your current physical and emotional state, with the aim of restoring balance, softness and connection.
The Power of Therapeutic Facial Work
Therapeutic facial work is not only about how the face looks, but how the whole system feels. The face reflects patterns held in the body — tension in the jaw, tightness in the brow, fatigue in the tissues. Through precise, intentional touch, it is possible to release some of these patterns and support the body in shifting out of stress and into a more regulated state. This work may visibly soften the features and improve the condition of the skin, but its effect often goes further — supporting relaxation, circulation, and a sense of internal ease. Before lifting the face, I release what pulls it down. This work doesn’t only change the face, it calms the entire system.
What Touches Your Skin Matters
What is used on the skin is an important part of the treatment.
I work with carefully selected products, as well as my own formulations, created to support the therapeutic nature of the work. Everything applied during the treatment is chosen to complement the touch, not to overpower it.
The focus remains on simplicity, quality and how the skin responds — as part of a wider, connected system.
