Facial Treatments - Holistic Facial Manual Therapy

Facial treatments are at the core of my practice, approached as a form of holistic facial manual therapy.
Each session is tailored to your needs, combining techniques such as Kobido, Hadaado, Zoga Face Integration and Facial Reflexology to work not only with the skin, but with deeper patterns held in the face and body.
A therapeutic approach designed to support both visible results and a sense of balance within the body and mind.
Kobido Face Lift
A structured form of Japanese facial massage.
In my approach, Kobido combines rhythmic lifting techniques with lymphatic drainage, acupressure, work with facial muscles and myofascial release
— supporting circulation, reducing tension and restoring vitality to the skin.
A treatment that brings visible freshness while helping the face soften and release.
Hadaado Face Lift
An advanced, master-level development of Japanese facial massage, building on the foundations of Kobido.
Hadaado works with similar principles, combining lifting techniques, lymphatic drainage and deeper work with muscles and fascia, while placing more focus on targeted areas of tension and holding.
A more detailed and intensive approach, designed to support both visible lifting and deeper therapeutic change.
Zoga Face Integration
A structural, therapeutic approach focused on releasing tension in the fascia and muscle layers of the face, head and neck. It complements the principles of Anatomy Trains Structural Integration.
Zoga works with the deeper patterns that shape how the face holds and moves, helping to restore balance and natural alignment. It can be experienced as a treatment on its own, or used as a preparation for more advanced lifting work such as Kobido or Hadaado.
A foundational treatment that supports longer-lasting and more integrated results.
Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology follows the same principles as traditional reflexology, working with specific points and zones that correspond to the body’s internal systems, connected through subtle energy pathways.
This approach is rooted in the methods of Lone Sorensen and the Vietnamese facial reflexology technique Dien Cham, further developed and promoted by Dr. Maria-France Muller. It brings together ancient wisdom and modern scientific understanding into a precise and thoughtful practice.
While offering the same supportive effects on the body and nervous system, facial reflexology is especially appreciated for its visible qualities. Through gentle stimulation and massage of the face, it helps improve tone, release tension, and enhance the natural appearance of the skin.
A treatment that is both therapeutic and aesthetic—restorative from within, and radiant on the surface.
Facial Extraction
Facial extraction is offered where needed, as part of a considered and therapeutic approach to skin health.
Rather than a standalone or overly aggressive treatment, it is approached with care and balance — supporting the skin through the process of cleansing while helping to calm and restore it afterwards.
The treatment includes manual cleansing, followed by soothing massage and lymphatic drainage to support the skin and reduce tension. I also incorporate high frequency (darsonvalisation) and Esthiem, where appropriate, to aid the skin’s recovery.
Each session is completed with a calming mask, prepared individually to suit the condition and needs of your skin.
Rather than applying these methods separately, I intuitively combine them within each session — adjusting the treatment to the individual needs of the client. Depending on the condition of the tissues and overall state of the body, I may incorporate more lifting techniques, deeper fascial work, or more relaxing / releasing work to achieve the most effective and lasting results.
