Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works through specific points connected to the whole body. Most commonly practiced on the feet, it can also be applied to the hands, face, and ears, where corresponding reflex zones reflect internal organs and systems.

Through mindful pressure and attentive touch, reflexology supports the natural flow of energy and communication within the body. It invites the nervous system to slow down and reset—stimulating the vagus nerve and guiding the body out of stress into a state of calm and balance.

Often experienced as deeply grounding and meditative, this practice creates space for natural repair and regeneration. It helps release tension, restore equilibrium, and support both physical and emotional well-being.

Reflexology is also a nurturing support during pregnancy and beyond—gently accompanying the body through change, preparing for birth, and helping restore balance afterwards.

In my practice, I offer both facial and foot reflexology treatments.
